Baygrove Designer Homes reserves the right to alter, discontinue, suspend, or terminate the offer at anytime without notice. The Designer collection offer is valid for eligible clients who pay a preliminary agreement initial payment during the offer term and enter into a building contract with Baygrove Designer Homes or subject to management discretion. The Designer Collection offer is a promotional offer. Any inclusion within the offer not required is deemed forfeited and is not redeemable for cash, credit, or substitution. Clients of Baygrove Designer Homes are required to pay the total cost of contract to be eligible to receive offer. The Designer Collection Offer cannot be split or altered outside of the upgrades specified.
