It feels like only a few weeks ago we were celebrating Christmas, yet here we are again! It is little wonder that Christmas has rolled around so fast when you think of the old adage, ‘time flies when you are having fun’. We have certainly had some fun this year, our first year of operation and we have reached so many milestones and enjoyed such success. We are definitely looking forward to taking some time to stop and celebrate with friends and family over the festive season.
Our first year in business and we are proud to be really gaining momentum in the new home market across the Mid North Coast. As builders, we understand that when customers choose us, they are entrusting us to build what is likely to be their most valuable asset of their lifetime. Not only fiscally, but emotionally – we understand that your home will be the place you create memories that you will cherish for a lifetime! That is why we take the stress out of building a new home with turnkey pricing, meticulous attention to detail, high-end standard inclusions and customer service and communication that won’t miss a beat!
When embarking on this journey, we never would have thought that we would come this far in such a short time span. We have really hit the ground running with 16 site starts to date and another 17 ready to go in 2025! Just amazing! This along with 5 completed homes, we must pinch ourselves.
Our contribution to the community and local area is also something we take pride in and are so pleased to have achieved in 2024. We have over 30 LOCAL trades and suppliers, which means that when we build a new home in the Mid North Coast, we are creating opportunities for other locals to thrive. We now have 5 employees, again, a boost for our local workforce and economy. It feels good to know that we can direct business to our local area and support other locals and small businesses across our region.
Next year promises even more exciting things for Baygrove Designer Homes. As we mentioned, 17 site starts ready to go already, but we will also start construction on our first ever Baygrove Designer Homes display home. We are building in the Sovereign Hills display village and will undoubtedly get the opportunity to meet so many more people that are dreaming of building a new home with a local brand they can trust. At this stage, we anticipate the build will be completed by mid-2025 but of course we will keep you updated.
Finally, we are introducing more new standard plans and fresh facades to inspire and delight. Our current range includes both single and double storey designs and a selection of on-trend, contemporary facades, while also offering the option to make changes to suit your needs or even create a complete custom design. We are here to work with you to design a home that will be as unique as you are, while guiding you through decisions to ensure your new home is timeless and cohesive.
As we wrap up in 2024, we want to take a moment to thank our local trades and suppliers for their hard work throughout the year, our friends and family for their support through every trial and tribulation and for those special people that have already entrusted us with building their new home and those who will choose to in the future.
